Carrying out mass events during quarantine requires strict adherence to a number of norms.

Yellow level

  • A mass event can be held only if no more than one person is accommodated per 4 square meters. meters or fullness of the halls for no more than two-thirds of the seats.

Red level

  • A mass event may be held only if all participants and organizers have a document on the full course of vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative PCR test or rapid test on COVID-19, valid for 72 hours.
  • Adherence to the mask mode is mandatory.

But there are no restrictions if all participants (visitors) and at least 80% (100% in the red zone) of the staff of the organizer of mass events, theaters, or other cultural institutions will have at least one vaccination (2 vaccinations in the red zone) or valid (72 hours) the result of PCR or rapid testing.

To verify the safety of visitors or employees, the organizers will accept one of the following: international certificate, “yellow” or “green” internal COVID-certificate, certificate 063/o (vaccination card), a valid certificate of negative results (72 hours) PCR test or rapid antigen testing.

The “Diya” application in iOS already has “yellow” certificates valid for 120 days.

Participants in mass events are obliged

  • Strictly follow the instructions of the organizers on compliance with anti-epidemic measures.
    use personal protective equipment, covering the nose and mouth.
  • Do not attend events in case of respiratory symptoms, adhere to respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette.
  • At the request of the organizer of the event, or authorized persons, provide a document confirming the negative result of testing for COVID-19 or receiving the vaccination against coronavirus disease.

We recommend vaccination

In any case, safety and health are paramount. Vaccination will provide an opportunity to attend live events with minimal risk to yourself and others.

We emphasize that the presence of one of the COVID documents is a prerequisite for participation in the event.
